Myntra, a one-stop shop for India's fashion and lifestyle needs. This e-commerce behemoth aims to provide a hassle free and enjoyable shopping experience to shoppers across the country with the widest range of brands and products on its portal.
But even the biggest portals need help. They needed a reshoot for a new collection featuring plus-sized models. The hitch was this was going to cost them not just financially but also in terms of inventory, logistics, and time they had only 3 months to create over 10000 images.

A dedicated team was chosen solely for the purpose of superimposing existing outfits onto plus-size models, reducing costs, and saving time. This replaced the need for a traditional shoot and expedited the brand's go-to-market strategy.

We developed a workflow where we would input the latest clothing range, select a model to wear this range, and then superimpose the clothes to fit this model. The process was executed brilliantly, quickly and effectively.

10,000 images in 4 weeks. And, that's not our only claim to fame here. We helped the brand save over 50% in expenses. Fulfilling the requirement in a month, rather than three, meant that the products were up on the brand's website earlier than anticipated, which saw them fly off the shelves sooner.
